Chili chicken wings of: chicken wings, butter, chili, honey, salt, pepper.
- 16 chicken wings
- 100 g butter
- 1 red chilii (chili), finely chopped
- 1/2 chilii (chili), chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) / 400F / gas 6.
Melt the butter in a pan and add chilii, honey and salt. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the butter.
Place the chicken wings in a roasting tin and roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn them over, then roast for another 15-20 minutes until sticky, golden and cooked through.
