Chicken with chili prawns of: olive oil, chicken legs, garlic, chili, prawns, parsley, lemon, salt, pepper.
- 80 ml olive oil
- 4 chicken legs, skin on
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1 red chilii (chili), finely sliced
- 16 large prawns (shrimps), raw and shell on
- 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
How to prepare:
Heat the oil in a deep-sided pan and brown the chicken on all sides. Lower the heat and leave to cook until the juices run clear when pierced with the point of a knife.
Add the garlic and chilii and cook briefly, then add the prawns and toss until the prawns turn pink and are cooked. Sprinkle over parsley and seasoning, then squeeze over the lemon juice and serve in bowls with crusty bread.
