Chicken and prawn open sandwiches of: chicken breast, prawns, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, baguette.
- 16 slices baguette, about 2 cm thick
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 200 g cooked king prawns
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
How to prepare:
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and grill until lightly toasted. Mix the chicken with the prawns, mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon and seasoning and combine well.
Pile the mixture onto the baguette slices and serve.
