Potarnichi la cuptor

Incinge cuptorul la 7/220C. Pune 400 g cepe mici (salote), curatate, si 4 pere, curatate de cotor si taiate sferturi, intr-o tava de copt. Stropeste-le cu 1 lingura ulei de masline si presara 2 linguri cimbru. Asezoneaza si da la cuptor 10 minute.

Unge cu ulei 4 potarnichi de circa 500 g fiecare. Asezoneaza si acopera fiecare pasare cu cate 2 felii de bacon, pune-le in tava de copt peste legume si coace 20-30 de minute, pana ce carnea este bine facuta. Acopera cu folie de aluminiu si lasa sa stea 10 minute inainte de a le servi.
